When Indira Gandhi lost election petition in Allahabad Court in the year 1975, she virtually became mad and arrested all leaders of opposition parties, clamped emergency in the country and changed even the basic structure of the Constitution.Excesses were committed during emergency in the name of discipline and in the name of democracy and secularism.
But within a short period of time she lost all popularity which she had gained and she had to remove emergency and declare election. All opposing political parties came together under the leadership of Jai Prakash Narayan and the newly formed Janta Party won the election with thumping majority.
Similarly now under UPA rule , Manmohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi ,Digvijay Singh, Kapil Sibal,Manish Tiwari and likeminded all flatterers and power hungry leaders of congress party have lost their senses after the movement launched by Baba Ramdeo against Black Money and another movement launched by Anna and his team against corruption. These corrupt leaders have no their own vote bank but they still boast of their false popularity.
Elected leaders of Congress Party should understand that there are more than 340 MPs who are anti Congress Party in Parliament.DMK, BSP, SP, RJD and Left Parties who had supported in formation of UPA I or UPA II government are no longer supporter of Congress Party. Only by giving ministerial posts and giving so many temptations to greedy MPs , Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi are keeping UPA government under Ventilator.
If Kapil really believes in democracy I challenge him to conduct referendum on the issue of Black money and corruption by carrying out general election , there is no doubt that 90% of voters will vote against present government.There should be one line vote--- Pro Congress or Anti Congress, if Kapil really want to challenge Anna Hazare.
I am very much confident that as soon as opposition parties realize the ground reality of dirty game of Congress Party and try to stop division of Anti Congress votes by coming together on one platform using the movement of Anna, Baba Ramdeo and other civil society members , the person like Kapil Sibal will never dare challenge person like Anna, Kiran bedi or Baba Ramdeo for contesting an election.
Fact is that crooked leaders of Congress Party are presently in power and they will use their all powers to shut the mouth of Anna and his followers and to puncture all efforts which are being taken against wrong policies of the current government and against evil works of ministers and against corrupt leaders of congress party.
I therefore once again make an appeal to all political parties to extend their unconditional support to Anna and Ramdeo to oust corrupt government of Manmohan Singh and to remove UPA from power.
In the name of reformation corrupt government of Manmohan 'Singh have deformed the society, caused erosion in basic values of India , tarnished the image of India among world community, widened the gap between the poor and the rich and even blackened the principles of democracy and secularism.
Sooner or the later India will have to get rid of corrupt team of UPA leaders , discard policy of globalization and privatization and adopt a mid path which will be away from hard core socialism of pre 1991 era and hard core capitalism of post 1991 era.

MPLAD scheme
When Nitish Kumar, chief Minister of Bihar had last year stopped release of MLA fund due to rampant corruption and misuse of MLA fund there was expectation in the minds of common men that Congress Party at center will think of stopping MP fund due to same reason. It is unfortunate but not astonishing to me that Congress Party led UPA government has decided to increase MP fund from Rs.2.00 crores to rupees five crores with immediate effect knowing very well the prevalent corruption and misuse of MP fund. Such decision taken by UPA government will do nothing but add fuel to fire of corruption in which Indians are burning.
In addition this reflects the true character and the mentality of leaders of Congress Party who are completely insensitive and unconcerned about the voice raised by Baba Ramdeo against Black Money and the voice raised by Anna Hazare and his team against rampant corruption. Various spokesmen of ruling Congress Party appear to shed crocodile’s tears against the corrupt system but their efforts to stop corruption are false and deceptive with a motto to cheat and mislead common men.
Clean image Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh is least bothered of his cabinet colleagues, prominent leaders of his party and big corporate house owners going to Tihar Jail on the charges of Corruption and he is least concerned of India’s image getting tarnished in the International community. Mr. Singh does not want even to own collective responsibility of his cabinet and neither does he want to give any importance to civil society members like Anna Hazare or Baba Ramdeo who have launched their movement against corruption and black money.
It is people of India who have to decide now in what way they desire to punish corrupt politicians and bureaucrats—in peaceful manner or in the style of naxalites. During last seven years of rule under the leadership of Manmohan Singh , several scams have surfaced and several prominent persons have been trapped by CBI at the instance and initiative of Supreme Court. As such my great salute goes to judges of Apex court who are contributing their best to give maximum relief to common men by exposing and punishing top ranked corrupt persons.

I am happy that RBI governor has ultimately accepted the bitter truth that baffling data given by various agencies are not reliable and hence the conclusions arrived at on the basis of such cooked up data leads to formation of wrong policies and failure in execution of plan .Last month Mr. K Chakraborty Dy Governor of RBI had also admitted that health of Bank assets is not as good as projected by CEOs of various financial institutes.He further admitted how financial data changes after change of chief of the bank and how profit of branch of a bank does down and Gross NPA of that branch goes up after change of Branch Manager of a Bank.
I am happy because realization of bitter truth can only force the policy makers to introspect into their working style,to assess performance of various banks,to take corrective steps , to punish bad bankers, to frame effective HR policies, to give justice to rejected officials who are not flatterers of their bosses and so on.
In one of the report published by RBI it is said that total of Non Performing Assets in Public Sector banks in India is likely to remain maximum 3% of total advances. I fully differ with this conclusion . I suggest RBI to demand report from all PSBs in format given below and explained in between to know the real truth of health of the bank and to know how corrupt executives sitting at top posts are manipulating the system and cheating with not only with the investors but also endangering the very survival of the banks.

His past performance should be investigated, his linkage with higher officials should be traced, his assets and liabilities should be assessed, role of top officials must be assessed to know how much they got as share of illegally earned money by branch head , CBI should conduct investigate how much has been the role of bribe in credit sanctioning at branch level or regional level , legal or manpower constraints faced by the branch and how much money has been paid by branch head to members of Interview panel or to officials of controlling head office in getting promotion or in getting good posting.
Similarly if 10% of branches in any region are having more than 50% of advances as NPA it may be said that Regional Head of that branch is having poor monitoring and having malicious intention and such Regional Head have been given promotion in the past through unfair means, through back door and through recommendation of some top officials.
If more than 50% of branches is having more than 10% of advances as NPA, it may be said that there is lack of control on branches under his supervision and there is role of bribe in keeping silent on evil works of branch officials.
If more than 25 % of branches are having more than 20 % of total advances as NPA there is complete failure of monitoring tools and there is greater role for corrupt officials in promotion and posting.

Political reason like loan waiver announced by various state and central governments leading to disastrous culture ,forced compromise formula imposed by RBI or politicians giving verbal orders promise made by local leaders that loan will be waived sooner or later
Global reasons such as financial crisis all over the world, war on the border, global recession etc
Election eve concessions given by various political parties and so on

Where lies the root cause of sickness of any branch or bank need to be ascertained as soon as possible to safeguard banks in India and it is wise not to believe entirely on financial data furnished by various clever bankers in different format.
Need of the reformation era is to punish bad bankers as soon as possible, even to those who is retired from ban leaving behind large amount of bad assets and to demote ill motivated top ranked officers to demonstrate the effectiveness of monitoring mechanism and to send a clear message down the level that those who indulge in bad or bribe based lending, bad recruitment, who are involved in bribe based promotion and bribe based posting will not be spared in banking industry.
Here it is worthwhile to mention that in the recent past financial report of SBI faced drastic change, sharp rise in NPA and sharp fall in profit just after change of Chief of the bank. Similar situation takes place more often than not in the branches after the change of Branch Head As long as Bank management will continue to provide shield to corrupt officials and adopt hide and seek policy bank as a whole will continue to face erosion in health and incur loss after loss,
It is therefore desirable to nip in the bud and take corrective steps before it is too late. In USA more than 100 banks were closed after the collapse of Lehman Brothers and after financial crisis of 2008. Pranab Da and Democracy
Pranab da has justified the actions of corrupt ministers like A Raja, Suresh Kalamadi, Prafful Patel, Koda and all other MPs and Ministers including Prime Minister who has caused huge loss to the country by their ill motivated action and by their decisions with vested interest. He has justified because these corrupt politicians are elected representatives.
Anna has got no right to threaten democracy by fasting, this is the theory of great Pranab Da.He knows judiciary cannot punish the real culprit even in two or three decades. He knows the art of manipulation . He and his government and his party know how to befool voters on the eve of election .His government distributed Rs.75000 crores just before last election under debt relief scheme for farmers. He has therefore cleverly and clearly expressed his opposition to Anna and his team as also to Ramdeo Baba and his team. Voters can only stop them doing illegal, unethical and fraudulent acts that too only after the end of their term of five years.
I think government servants working as officers or clerks should also be free to earn through illegal means and by unfair means as long as he is in service because he has been appointed after passing examination and his retirement age is 60 years of age.
Courts and judiciary are meant to punish only poor common men. Government is not bound to provide adequate infrastructure to judiciary. Minimum supporting staff is provided to judges handling lacs of cases in HIgh courts and Supreme Court so that Cases against MPs and ministers cannot be heard in any court fastly and can be deferred for decades and decades. Government is not bound to accept CAG report or PAC report on various misappropriation or fraud with government fund. All this is possible (as told by Pranab da) because voters have given them five year time to act as per their whims and fancies , violate rules and regulations, commit fraud with fund, misuse their power for the welfare of their kith and kin and for all illegal acts. Pranab reiterate stand of his government that Anna and Baba Ramdeo should not threaten fast to stop their malicious activities because they are public representative.
Few years ago Lalu had given the same plea when he was trapped and accused of involved in 1000 crore rupees Chara Ghotala. He also told that people of Bihar had voted him to power even though he was guilty of causing loss of Rs.1000 crores to the state of Bihar. Similarly great Manmohan Singh did not think it wise to take action against Mr. A Raja for two years and till he wad forced by the order of Supreme Court to initiate investigation on 2G scam and submit report through CBI.PM did not take action against Kalamdi and Madhu Koda too because they were also elected representative.
Politicians like Pranab da , Diggi baba,kapil dada should understand very well that voters cast their precious votes in favour of person like Pranab Da and Manmohan Singh not because they like them but because there is no alternative , because opposing parties and individuals are divided.Due to divison in votes only such corrupt, cleaver and incapable person win the votes that too by spending black money acquired from rich businessmen whom .These corrupt politicians should also know that due to inordinate and abnormal delay in delivery of justice they are able to remain in power for five years. And this is the great reason that now demand for strong Jan Lok Pal Bill has under emphasis from all corners of civil society.
If voters and other political parties really want to oust such corrupt ministers from power they have to unite and fight jointly. Mr. Jai Praksh Narayan had taught a lesson to Dictator Indira Gandhi in seventies and now the time has come to teach a lesson to present corrupt and Tuglaq like government under the leadership of Manmohan Singh before it is too late. Lalu caused 1000 crores to Bihar, Kalmadi caused 70000 crores, A Raja caused loss of Rs170000 crores rupees and days are not far when we will hear these corrupt ministers has cause d ten lac crores and ultimately sold the frrdom to foreign nationals.None of political leader has love for the country , I assume so....

If there is a will there is a way
Black Money in India, in Indian banks and invested in real estate sector is many many times greater than total of black money parked in various foreign banks including that in Swiss Bank. UPA Government in Delhi has been making various lame excuses for its failure in declaration of black money held in foreign banks as National assets. But do they fail to stop game of black money in India itself.
It may be difficult for the government to force foreign banks to declare details of account holders. But I am unable to understand why government in not interested to strengthen control mechanism on financial transactions to stop continuous escalation in black money racket in India and why government fails to unearth black money from Indian market and why does it fail to punish real perpetrators of black money.
Government is adamant not to accept strong Jan Lokpal Bill proposed by Civil Society team led by Anna Hazare. Government has threatened to take action against Anna Hazare and his team if they start fast unto death from 16th of July as proposed by Anna to force government to accept their draft for Lokpal. Mr. Digvijay Singh veteran spokesman of Congress Party has already threatened to take action against Anna in the same way as Delhi Government they did against Ramdeo Baba on June 4 at Ramlila Ground Delhi.
I am unable to understand why the government is bent upon teaching a lesson to those who are selfless leaders, who are fighting against corruption, who have raised voice against corrupt system, who want nothing but change in the system and who are well wishers of the country.
Why government is not teaching lessons to Naxalites and Maoists who are indulged in killing of innocent people in various naxal affected belts in India and who are engaged in forceful extortion of money from businessmen, servicemen, police officials, politicians, administrative officers and contractors and all affluent persons of the society.
Why government is not interested to teach lessons to those corrupt officers and corrupt politicians who are looting the country .Why does government want to provide shield to corrupt politicians including Ministers, MPs, MLAs, corrupt judges and corrupt officers. Why the government is not interested to pursue cases of high value scams which are being investigated by CBI and other agencies at the instance of Supreme Court and High courts.
Why is government showing its indifference on relentless price rise and not punishing black marketers, hoarders and smugglers who are charging abnormal profits on their products and services.
Why is government silent on large scale use of black money in educational institutes, real estate sector, hospitals, hotels, public rallies, and welcome parties organized by flatterers in various offices etc .
Why government is hesitant to arrest top ranked bankers, doctors, engineers, IAS officials, IT officials, CAs, Advocates, custom officials and various brokers in share market who are indulged in corrupt practices.
Since the leaders of Congress Party are in power, they cannot be allowed to threaten well wishers of the country .If government is of good intention they can exhibit the same by taking action against top ranked corrupt officers and corrupt ministers by using existing laws and rules. People do not like that low level junior babus and officers be made scapegoat for evil works done at the instance of top ranked officers and minister.
If they fail to act effectively against looters of the country and continue to cheat people of India on some ground or the other and go on punishing innocent people fighting against corruption, I hope voters of India will ultimately punish the current ruling party.
Of course the present government can misuse the power for a few years in want of disunity of opposition parties, but not for a longer period. Late Indira Gandhi after her defeat in election petition at Allahabad High Court had imposed emergency in the country and arrested all prominent leaders of opposition parties. But her reign of injustice could not last long. People voted her out due to emergency excesses and Janta Party came to power. History is going to be repeated as it appears to common men.
Since the movement launched by Ramdeo Baba and Anna Hazare is peaceful movement and not violent movement as launched by Telangana fighters or Gujjar fighters, government is contemplating of stern action. If the movement becomes widespread and violent, the situation will go beyond the control of the government and its leaders will fail to continue their dirty politics as they usually do against their opponents.
I however take an opportunity to submit my views on black money and like to submit hereunder a few suggestions to control the same. Government should make efforts to reduce creation of black money in following ways.
First and foremost and very simple solution to the problem of black money is minimizing cash transaction. As per company rules all payment above value of Rs.20000 should be through cheque but still companies are making purchases in cash .On this point Ramdeo Baba has rightly pointed out that notes of Rs.500 and Rs.1000 should be demoetised.Even Rs100 note should be demonetized. Politicians always talk of poor farmers, small traders and middle class families to continue circulation of high value notes and to their earning through evil means. More than 90 percent of population of India does not earn 100 rupees a day; more than 50 % of population does not earn even Rs.20 a day. As such they will not face any problem. In developed countries like USA, 99 percent of sale and purchase take place through cards or bank cheques and after giving acceptable identity only. In India 90 percent of sale and purchase takes place in cash. Government should try honestly to remove all constraints coming in way and ensure that more than 90% of such transactions take place through cheque.
Most of traders and manufacturers and government officers are perhaps aware that only in Delhi purchases by traders takes place in hundreds of crores of rupees in cash, or by Rs.9000 demand draft ( less than Rs.20000 DD can be purchased in cash). Draft of value less than Rs.20000 are purchased by traders in every nook and corners of the country and used in Delhi to buy goods and these DDs circulate as hard currency and as black money for six months (period for which DD is valid in banks).If all purchases in Delhi, Surat, Rajkot, Kolkata, Mumbai start taking place in cheque, they seller will start selling on bills and paying tax.
Secondly government should try to bring all incomes generated by servicemen, traders and manufacturers in tax domain. for this purpose they should stop all types of reliefs, concession exemptions. Chartered Accountants and Tax consultants guide Income tax payees how to save tax and how to avoid tax payment. Severe punishment should be given to CAs who is master in converting black money into white money. Tax exemption limit should be upto ten lacs should be permissible so that number of service men are excluded from tax payment and in this way tax authorities will have controllable numbers of assesees to scrutinize. Those IT officials who allow tax evasion by taking bribe should be severely punished in shortest time so that there is demonstrative effect on juniors and babus working in his office.
Thirdly all purchases of house, lands and commercial property should be thoroughly checked by IT officials and where the sale value shown is far less than prevailing market rate, they should be allowed to either cancel the deal or they should purchased the property on behalf of the government and distribute among poor and middle class service men. In Mumbai itself flats worth more than a crore rupees is registered at value Rs, 25 to 50 lacs. Such low valued registration takes place in India every day in good numbers and government is fully aware of it. Most of the netas and officers are purchasing high value properties and it is funny that those who earn black money and use the same for their own interest are supposed to stop creation of black money. Birds of same feather flock together. Officers and politicians save each other, thieves always have good relation among themselves so far as action against them by police is concerned.
Fourth, government should adequate manpower in police and judiciary to ensure that pendency of FIR and court cases in Thana and courts respectively is brought down from 50 millions to 50 thousand and lower .There should be fear of law in the minds of all evil doers. Action should be sever and quickest against those who violate rules. There should be honesty in execution of laws too. Law enforcing agencies if found on wrong path should be severely punished. Officers and politicians who hold top post and commit mistake or indulge in illegal practices should be punished more so that subordinates working under them do not dare to think of taking bribe or illegal money from any citizen.
Fifth root cause of all corruption is dishonesty in recruitment, promotion, posting and transfer of staff working in government offices. Corrupt officers humiliate honest officers and reject them in promotion processes or post them at the most critical places. Due to this fear of humiliation and social denigration, culture of flattery and bribery takes the root in all organization. Property of all top ranked officers and ministers must be checked and those found to be guilty of earning money through bribe either in cash or in kind must be brought to task immediately and severely to demonstrate his subordinates that evil workers are not spared. Such corrupt officers should be removed from the services and those honest officers who have been sidelined should be brought back in mainstream to give a moral boost up those who are devoted workers. For this purpose all officers who have been elevated violating seniority should be given their due award and on the contrary officers who promoted this unhealthy culture should be demoted and posted at critical places.
Expenses on all types of election should be banned. Any Indian citizen who is recognized in an population area of say 10000 should be allowed to contest and do door to door campaigning to prove his caliber and popularity. Each such elected person out of a cluster of say 10000 popular votes should form a body and then they should elect one person for each black and each district. No rally, no pamphlets, no car rally, no processions, no banners, no show business, no temptation, and in brief no expenses either on nomination or on campaigning. Politicians are very clever and it is they who promote black money and it is they who taken huge money from corporate houses, top ranked traders, high profile servicemen, professionals and businessmen to enrich their political fund.
Crores of rupees are spent by all contesting persons in a general election and all these money are nothing but black money. Users of black money cannot allow stopping of creation of black money as long as government do not ban all types of expenses. Politicians always talk of government funding and never talk of reducing expenses. It is these hard core politicians who by dint of their huge money power purchase voters, give them temptations of various types of gifts and strangulate democracy. In fact democracy and secularism are two words which have been used by politicians as tools to befool and loot Indian citizens. These clever politicians divide the voters on caste and communal grounds, backwards and forward ground, poor and rich ground, regional and religious ground and finally win the election to perpetuate their job of looting the nation. They know very well that Indian laws are in their hands and they can manipulate police, judiciary, law enforcing agencies, vigilance agencies and administration by dint of their money power and by dint of their post.
Corrupt practices and use of black money is so much deep rooted that one can say without any doubt that democracy and secularism are meant for corrupt people only. Government is made of corrupt persons, made for corrupt persons and made by corrupt persons.
Government should teach a lesson to Doctors who are earning money through medicine manufacturers and owners of Pathological laboratories. Doctors prescribe costly medicine (antibiotics are available in Rs. 3.00 and Rs.300 also) and doing unwarranted surgical operation to earn illegal money.
Teachers and professors who are not attending schools and colleges but earning huge money through coaching classes .They leak the question papers to earn money and declare a student fail or pass as per his whims and fancies. They charge exorbitant fee for raising marks of a fail student.
CAs should be booked to task who are earning huge unaccounted money from businessmen for tips on tax evasion they provide and IT tax officials support them from behind the scene. It is Chartered Accountants who certify balance sheets of companies, firms and organization even if there is huge concealment of income and creation of black money.
Lawyers should be taught a lesson who in nexus with judges twist the direction of judgement.Judges should be punished who deliver judgement only after taking bribe or go on postponing decision in collusion with advocates.
Politicians who extort huge money from rich people and allow them illegal benefits and undesirable relief should be punished. Politicians spend crores of rupees in politically motivated rallies and for this purpose they forcefully collect money from local inhabitants, forcefully collect vehicles to bring people from villages for attending their rallies. They force businessmen to earn illegal money, apply illegal source to earn money and promote black money.
Bank officials who are sanctioning loans to unscrupulous persons and firms after taking bribe and due to whose bad lending more than one lac crores of banks assets is categorized as Non Performing Assets in the banks, CMD, GMs who are members of Interview panels constituted for various internal promotion processes and who give full marks after taking bribe or gifts should be severely punished. Recruitment, promotions and posting based on flattery and bribery is very common in all offices, not only in banks. In fact this gives rise to corruption in all offices.
Government should restrain and regulate businessmen who are earning abnormal profits on their products and services. They provide.10 to 20 percent profit making seems reasonable but if 100 to 1000 percent profit is earned by businessmen, service providers , there is no power on the earth which can stop price rise.
Government has to stop pilferage in mines, coal, steel, copper etc and punish who are indulged in unaccounted sell of minded goods directly to unscrupulous businessmen. Illegal mining and illegal cutting of forest must be stopped immediately. Government should stop large scale corruption in process of compensation to land owners whose property has been acquired by the government for any project.
Police officials who take lacs of rupees for posting a junior police officer or Hawaldar to desired place should be punished to stop use of black money. Online FIR registration should be allowed even if a few fake complains are submitted by unscrupulous and anti social elements for vested interest or due to business rivalry.
Schools and colleges who provide quality education and higher education charge huge amount of illegal and unaccounted money as donation should be stopped by any hook or by crook.
And so on …………………Government has to ensure rule of law in all its offices. Government has to creat fear of law in the minds of common men , poor and rich without any discrimination based on caste, community , region or religion.
Last but not the least government has to demonstrate their good intention by actions not by making false promises in public rally. Cleaning process should start from top and not from bottom as usually happens. Government has to ensure that officers and babus posted in all its offices work honestly for the country and at the same time all elected representatives like MLA and MP should move in the field to ensure complete, perfect and judicious executions of plans and policies formulated by the government. Now- a- days even MLA and MPs are highly paid government servants and hence supposed to work 12 hours a day as government servants do in other offices and departments. Top ranked officer should not expect red carpet welcome from their juniors and all types of expenses on show business must be stopped forthwith so that flattery culture in employees is transformed into work culture.
Love for the country should be made inevitable and not negotiable on caste or communal ground.

Why RSS is not banned
Mr. P. Chidambram while defending the brutal police action on Satyagrahis during midnight at Ramlila ground in Delhi on 4th June pleaded that crusade against corruption launched by Baba Ramdeo and Anna Hazare is the conspiracy of RSS, VSP and BJP to uproot ruling party from power. He has alleged that Ramdeo and Anna Hazare are agent of RSS.
It is the habit of Congress Party to cover up its own weakness, its inefficiency to control price rise, terrorism, naxalism, corruption, rise in black money and issues related to involvement of its members in scams and scandals by giving communal colour to such national issues or by saying that the issues are backed by RSS or VHP or by directly blaming past NDA government or by accusing BJP or RSS for its all failures. I ask a simple question whether all supporters of RSS are anti national. If so why government is not banning such organization and putting leaders of such organization in jail?
I ask Mr. Digvijay Singh, Kapil Sibal, Mr. P. Chidmabram , Mr. Manmohan Singh and Ms Sonia Gandhi whether Mr. A Raja, Ms Kanimojhi, Mr. Kalamadi, Mr. Madhu Koda, and several other leaders of UPA agents of RSS and BJP and are they bent upon tarnishing the image of Holy Congress Party?
I ask Congress Party leaders whether CAG which submitted report of loss to the tune of 170000 crores to central government caused by illegal actions of Mr. Raja in allocation of 2G spectrum is also RSS agent.
I ask whether Sanglu Committee report on CWG scam is also prepared by RSS agent.
Why is government not tabling PAC report on 2G scam before Parliament? What is the fun in framing JPC if government rejects all reports which goes against the government??
I ask leaders of Congress Party whether Supreme court is also agent of RSS and BJP because it is Supreme court which is looking into cases of corruption related to CWG, 2G etc
I ask Subodh Kant Sahay central minister whether Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court is also agent of RSS, BJP and BHP because it is he whose (retired in May 2011) orders forced Jharkhand government to remove encroachment from Naga Baba Khatal and Islamnagar in Ranchi . Latest order given by High Court Ranchi has given instruction Central Government to ensure eviction of illegal occupants from the premises of CCL, BHEL, SAIL like PSUs within 30 days. Mr. Sahay may say that this order is also provoked by RSS and BJP.
It is important to mention here that Subodh Kant and his other colleagues in Congress Party had recommended for President’s rule in Jharkhand on the ground of brutal firing in Ranchi at Islamnagar during encroachment removal drive carried out by Jharkhand government as per High court orders. Will Congress Party now demand dismissal of Delhi government for brutal firing on sleeping Satyagrahis on 4th June Midnight?
Alleged RSS agent Ramdeo Baba has declared assets of his trust and source of fund as desired by leaders of Congress Party. Now it is the turn of Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi to declare the assets and source of fund related to various trusts owned directly or indirectly by Gandhi family.
Lastly Supreme Court and Human Right Commission has also asked the government to submit explanation for midnight brutal action on Satyagrahis on 4th midnight.Again leaders of congress party will perhaps say without any shame and without any hesitation that Supreme court and Human Right Organization are wing of RSS and VHP or BJP
In near future leaders of Congress Party will blame RSS, BJP and VHP for rising prices, rising unemployment , rising naxal activities and so on.
If RSS is actually anti national , government should ban RSS immediately instead of doing dirty politics and indulging in false mudslinging process to misguide voters of the country.

Left and Right
How can Congress Party manage to remain in power even though there is large corruption, relentless price rise, uncontrollable rise in naxal activities, growing unemployment, increasing poverty of common men, deteriorating health service, infrastructure and safety services, widening gap between poor and rich, increasing tension at border from China and Pakistan etc and that too Congress Party have support of less than 30 percent of popular votes
By keeping Left and right fighting against each other
By arranging fight between Mulayam and Mayawati
By provoking Jaya against Karunanidhi
By instigating Lalu against Nitish
By keeping Muslim away from RSS and BJP and instigating Hindus against Muslims
By creating animosity between service class and business class
By creating hate among Dalit people against upper caste people
By creating rift between forward and backward class
By keeping National issues like price rise and terrorism away from public domain
If somehow or the other, Leftists and rightists comes together they can form a solid and stable government because both are cadre based political parties and both are against any type of reservation, both are real believer in merit, both are against entry of criminals in Parliament and both cry on national issues . Only condition is that they have to compromise on their policy towards service class and business class people, they have to compromise on their stand on religion and focus their entire attention on National issues and national issues only. They have to dilute their traditional line of thinking and accept the change in the larger interest of the country.
It is necessary to get rid of Congress Party rule as soon as possible so that country is free from corrupt leaders. If both the parties are ready to come together, I expect Anna and Baba Ramdeo also may extend their support and for this purpose they also have to accept the change keeping in view that Hira Chor is more dangerous than Khira Chor.
