Theory without practice is impotent and practice without theory is blind.
Leaders like Manmohan Singh, Chidambram, Pranab Mukherjee and Montek Singh Ahulwalia may possess a good number of valued degrees in Economic and political science, but they have miserably failed in using economic principles and political ideologies for the betterment of common men and for overall development and equitable growth of the country.
Manmohan Singh may be clean and honest and simple too but he as head of the government has failed to stop corruption of his ministers.
There may be many reputed advocates in the cabinet of Manmohan Singh, but they have completely failed to ensure quick and affordable justice to all.
There may many wise men in the government ruling the country, but they have not performed well to provide affordable education to children of poor and middle class families.
Policies of reformation, privatization, liberalization and globalization adopted by Manmohan Singh led government may have given benefits to a few hundred rich trade houses but failed to protect the interest of common men.
Leaders of ruling UPA led by Congress Party may have experience of four to five decades in ruling the country but they have completely failed to ensure good governance and corruption free departments and failed to mitigate the hardship common men are facing in their day to day life.
GDP growth of India may be comparable with China and may be higher than that of USA, UK, Japan, Germany and many other developed countries. But the government led by Manmohan Singh has completely failed to provide comfortable and respectful living for common men.
Price rise and pain of inflation is beyond control of the government. Manmohan Singh has given conflicting and confusing statement many times during last three four years on the issue of price rise but failed to convince aggrieved common men. Sometime he says that he has got no magic stick which can stop price rise and some other time he says that he says that price rise represents prosperity of Indians.
He says that his government has been taking appropriate steps to contain price rise and have been making one after promises to control price rise, giving one after other dates by which prices of goods will start coming down.RBI has taken a lot of monetary steps, revised interest rate 13 to 14 times and amended policies frequently to control price rise and inflation but failed to achieve the goal.
Government of Manmohan Singh may blame BJP, NDA or other opposition parties for the failure of government , may promise for uncalled for reservation quota for Muslims or Dalits, may waive loans of farmers to the tune of billions of rupees, may torture Team Anna or Ramdeo and their followers but cannot change the perception of common men for long.Anger of common men against anti people attitude of the government is visible to all.

It is unfortunate that One Dog is barking all the time on all issues and against all right thinking people and diverting the mind of all media men and India loving citizen from burning national issues to totally irrelevant and non Issues. I condemn media men who try to focus the mind of views on non Issues and dilute the intensity of movement launched against black money, corruption, price rise etc.
I appeal to all who are supporters of fight against corruption and black money and those who are followers of Team Anna and Ramdeo or Guru Ravi Shankar should avoid responding on statement made by barking Dog. Rather I appeal to member of all these forums to shed their personal differences and personal ego and come together to fight against the corrupt system jointly. Please do not common against each other to become victim of ruling party which is bent upon ruling the country by adopting the policy of “Divide and Rule”
If ruling party can peep into past of Ramdeo Baba and member of Team Anna to puncture their movement , why not members of Team Anna and Ramdeo Baba spread all over the country discover the evil works and crime committed by important members of ruling party silently and expose them.
We should stop fighting in past and try to involve in healthy discussion on current issues. Everyone is Khira Chor, it does not mean that Hira chor should be exonerated from his guilt and doors of courts and that of police station should be closed for all.
“Chori upar Sina Chori” is possible by ruling party only because we are divided on various points like caste, community, region, religion and personal egos as mentioned above.

Manmohan Singh should learn from Nitish
Anna has backing of crores of people of India. But MPs of all parties hesitate to listen to what he and his team is saying, they (parliament) may act but not before it is too late. Member of Parliament in general have ego and hence do not want to mix up with team Anna. Right to recall will be the appropriate answer to those MPs who completely forget the voters and who are busy in only earning ill-legal money and accumulate wealth. Party are calculating their winning probabilities but not serious on elimination of corruption.
It is unfortunate that even leaders of opposition parties are not clear on the issue. Many MP have not even gone through the bill which is a hot issue for debate in every nook and corner of the country. Most of MPs work and act as sheep, blindly follow party line, they speak the language of their mentors, and not at all act and speak their views keeping in view what is needed for the nation. They express their desire to fight out corrupt people from the system but do not want a hard and effective act to punish corrupt person. Most of Members of Parliament who talk of democracy and talk of debate and discussion have not even gone through the contents of government Lokpal Bill and Team Anna’s Jan Lokpal Bill. Can they not sit day and night in Parliament to discuss every point of disputed Lokpal and come to consensus draft?
Points of dispute are whether Prime Minister, judiciary, CBI or low level staff should be within the ambit of Lokpal. I am of clear cut view that CBI, Judiciary, Prime minister and all government staff should be under the jurisdiction of Lokpal Bill. There must be check and balances against all action of Lokpal, Judiciary, CBI and all other monitoring and law enforcing agencies. Fear must be created in the minds of evil doers, corrupt persons and all those who misuse their power. Mere creation of power will be enough to inculcate discipline and hones culture. Honesty must be awarded and dishonesty must be punished to ensure healthy tradition all walks of life.
However to avoid unnecessary loss of time of valued PM, valued CBI personnel, investigating personnel, auditors, inquiry officers, valued Judges and valued staff and unnecessary harassment to such valued officials there must be some special provisions to avoid action by lokpal on such complains which have no significance or less value or no chance of becoming harmful. There must be quick and strict action on complains of such nature which may have serious repercussion. All cases referred to Lokpal must be heard properly by active members of Lokpal and if prima facie merit is found in complaint lodged with it, then only proceedings should be started against person like PM, judges and other valued dignitaries.
2G scam or CWG scam could have been prevented in its initial stage and crores of rupees could have been added to government exchequer, had Lokpal been in existence..It is only due to the fact that criminal do not fear law and law enforcing agencies they commit crime after crime and who either bribe or challenge official s to bring them into their fold.
I salute Mr Nitish Kumar Chief Minister of Bihar who has been slowly and silently moving in direction of making of strong lokpal in the state of Bihar and who has been marching ahead of all other state even in the matter of development and good governance.

Strong Ombudsmen is needed
Whenever Congress Party has come to power in India, leaders of the party has given much time on Muslim appeasement and character assassination of leaders of Bhartiya Janta Party. Congress Party has always tried to maintain Hindus and Muslims at daggers drawn to each other. It is unfortunate that Muslims in India are not ready to understand the ground reality that they could not prosper due to dirty politics of Congress Party. There are some Hindu fundamentalists who think that by virtue of caste based politics they may come to power. There are some hard core Hindus and some hard core Muslims who are bent upon dividing the Indian society. But India needs such hard core elements to be eliminated from the mainstream so that India can prosper and become number one in the world.
Government led by Congress Party gives unregulated and unlimited benefits to corporate of their choice to earn more and more fund for their party and for their party supporters. On the other hand leaders of Congress Party makes unlimited empty promises for subsidies, for waiver of their loans, for more and more agricultural loans and for different types of alms for poor people but always fail to fulfill their commitment and fail to create real assets and real employment opportunities for poor people. The resultant effect is that prices of all essential commodities have been continuously rising and rising. And poor people are constrained to lead a miserable life while on the contrary rich people are growing richer and richer due to extraordinary high profit they earn , due to large scale tax evasion they are allowed to carry out in nexus with IT officials and due to various tax relief government provide to them.
Ministers, elected members of Parliament and state assemblies, Officers and babus are allowed to indulge in corrupt practices as long as they are flatterers to their bosses and they share their ill-earned wealth with their bosses. Government has to stop bribe based recruitment, bribe based transfer and promotions. Government has to make policy of transfer, posting and promotion as much transparent as possible and reduce discretionary powers of top officials to the largest extent possible so that the person in power cannot discard and isolate honest and good performer to select non performers of their choice to serve their ill motives.
Government has to stop interference in the affairs of investigating agencies like CBI, CID, CVC , Audit and all officials who are meant to stop corruption and ill motivated rules. Chief Minister , Prime Minister, departmental heads and Head of all public sector undertakings have to stop ordering whimsical transfers and arbitrary promotions which they hitherto do as soon as join their duty. Misuse of power has to be stopped for making India a world power. Unfortunately government has failed and willfully failed to stop unhealthy practices allowed the coancer of corruption to become dangerous for the survival of the country. And this is why and ,for this pious goal to be achieved people of India have framed their own Jan lokpal Bill and started Andolan under the leadership of Anna or Ramdeo.
Support Anna and Ramdeo as much as possible by all means and be ready to sacrifice whatsoever is needed to achieve the target of making India free of corruption. Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and people of all caste and communities have to treat them as Indian and develop a Community of Indians. When India will be one, India politicians will not think in the language of secularism or communalism and think for a better India with best model of governance.

Pro Congress Party or Anti Congress Party
When Indira Gandhi lost election petition in Allahabad Court in the year 1975, she virtually became mad and arrested all leaders of opposition parties, clamped emergency in the country and changed even the basic structure of the Constitution.Excesses were committed during emergency in the name of discipline and in the name of democracy and secularism.
But within a short period of time she lost all popularity which she had gained and she had to remove emergency and declare election. All opposing political parties came together under the leadership of Jai Prakash Narayan and the newly formed Janta Party won the election with thumping majority.
Similarly now under UPA rule , Manmohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi ,Digvijay Singh, Kapil Sibal,Manish Tiwari and likeminded all flatterers and power hungry leaders of congress party have lost their senses after the movement launched by Baba Ramdeo against Black Money and another movement launched by Anna and his team against corruption. These corrupt leaders have no their own vote bank but they still boast of their false popularity.
Elected leaders of Congress Party should understand that there are more than 340 MPs who are anti Congress Party in Parliament.DMK, BSP, SP, RJD and Left Parties who had supported in formation of UPA I or UPA II government are no longer supporter of Congress Party. Only by giving ministerial posts and giving so many temptations to greedy MPs , Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi are keeping UPA government under Ventilator.
If Kapil really believes in democracy I challenge him to conduct referendum on the issue of Black money and corruption by carrying out general election , there is no doubt that 90% of voters will vote against present government.There should be one line vote--- Pro Congress or Anti Congress, if Kapil really want to challenge Anna Hazare.
I am very much confident that as soon as opposition parties realize the ground reality of dirty game of Congress Party and try to stop division of Anti Congress votes by coming together on one platform using the movement of Anna, Baba Ramdeo and other civil society members , the person like Kapil Sibal will never dare challenge person like Anna, Kiran bedi or Baba Ramdeo for contesting an election.
Fact is that crooked leaders of Congress Party are presently in power and they will use their all powers to shut the mouth of Anna and his followers and to puncture all efforts which are being taken against wrong policies of the current government and against evil works of ministers and against corrupt leaders of congress party.
I therefore once again make an appeal to all political parties to extend their unconditional support to Anna and Ramdeo to oust corrupt government of Manmohan Singh and to remove UPA from power.

MPLAD scheme
When Nitish Kumar, chief Minister of Bihar had last year stopped release of MLA fund due to rampant corruption and misuse of MLA fund there was expectation in the minds of common men that Congress Party at center will think of stopping MP fund due to same reason. It is unfortunate but not astonishing to me that Congress Party led UPA government has decided to increase MP fund from Rs.2.00 crores to rupees five crores with immediate effect knowing very well the prevalent corruption and misuse of MP fund. Such decision taken by UPA government will do nothing but add fuel to fire of corruption in which Indians are burning.
In addition this reflects the true character and the mentality of leaders of Congress Party who are completely insensitive and unconcerned about the voice raised by Baba Ramdeo against Black Money and the voice raised by Anna Hazare and his team against rampant corruption. Various spokesmen of ruling Congress Party appear to shed crocodile’s tears against the corrupt system but their efforts to stop corruption are false and deceptive with a motto to cheat and mislead common men.
Clean image Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh is least bothered of his cabinet colleagues, prominent leaders of his party and big corporate house owners going to Tihar Jail on the charges of Corruption and he is least concerned of India’s image getting tarnished in the International community. Mr. Singh does not want even to own collective responsibility of his cabinet and neither does he want to give any importance to civil society members like Anna Hazare or Baba Ramdeo who have launched their movement against corruption and black money.
It is people of India who have to decide now in what way they desire to punish corrupt politicians and bureaucrats—in peaceful manner or in the style of naxalites. During last seven years of rule under the leadership of Manmohan Singh , several scams have surfaced and several prominent persons have been trapped by CBI at the instance and initiative of Supreme Court. As such my great salute goes to judges of Apex court who are contributing their best to give maximum relief to common men by exposing and punishing top ranked corrupt persons.

I am happy that RBI governor has ultimately accepted the bitter truth that baffling data given by various agencies are not reliable and hence the conclusions arrived at on the basis of such cooked up data leads to formation of wrong policies and failure in execution of plan .Last month Mr. K Chakraborty Dy Governor of RBI had also admitted that health of Bank assets is not as good as projected by CEOs of various financial institutes.He further admitted how financial data changes after change of chief of the bank and how profit of branch of a bank does down and Gross NPA of that branch goes up after change of Branch Manager of a Bank.
I am happy because realization of bitter truth can only force the policy makers to introspect into their working style,to assess performance of various banks,to take corrective steps , to punish bad bankers, to frame effective HR policies, to give justice to rejected officials who are not flatterers of their bosses and so on.
In one of the report published by RBI it is said that total of Non Performing Assets in Public Sector banks in India is likely to remain maximum 3% of total advances. I fully differ with this conclusion . I suggest RBI to demand report from all PSBs in format given below and explained in between to know the real truth of health of the bank and to know how corrupt executives sitting at top posts are manipulating the system and cheating with not only with the investors but also endangering the very survival of the banks.

It means name of Branch Head whose advances have turned bad in most of the cases.
Similarly Name of Regional Head who selected maximum number of corrupt Branch Head during their posting as Regional Head.
Name of DGMs and GMs, who have promoted maximum number of corrupt Branch Manager to higher scale after taking bribe or gifts.
Name of senior officers against whom several allegation have been leveled and still they have been elevated to upper scale by controlling top officials, on the basis of recommendation of some friends, top boss or colleagues.
Moreover Character of individual who is head of such critically ill branch must be assessed. His past performance should be investigated, his linkage with higher officials should be traced, his assets and liabilities should be assessed, role of top officials must be assessed to know how much they got as share of illegally earned money by branch head , CBI should conduct investigate how much has been the role of bribe in credit sanctioning at branch level or regional level , legal or manpower constraints faced by the branch and how much money has been paid by branch head to members of Interview panel or to officials of controlling head office in getting promotion or in getting good posting.
Similarly if 10% of branches in any region are having more than 50% of advances as NPA it may be said that Regional Head of that branch is having poor monitoring and having malicious intention and such Regional Head have been given promotion in the past through unfair means, through back door and through recommendation of some top officials.
If more than 50% of branches is having more than 10% of advances as NPA, it may be said that there is lack of control on branches under his supervision and there is role of bribe in keeping silent on evil works of branch officials.
If more than 25 % of branches are having more than 20 % of total advances as NPA there is complete failure of monitoring tools and there is greater role for corrupt officials in promotion and posting.
If more than 25% of branches are having more than 30% of advances as NPA such regional Head may be categorized as the most corrupt Regional Head.
In this fashion RBI may devise its own framework to decide branch wise and bank wise health of public sector banks.
What I mean to say ere that RBI must conduct branch wise analysis of every bank to assess and ascertain the real health of the bank. Only by making bulk advances and opening new branches or by writing of bad advances time and again or by concealment of bad advances any bank in India cannot safeguard future of the bank. Only by knowing the true story of each bank RBI can strike at the root cause of ill health of the bank which may be any one or all of following
Flattery and bribery based recruitment, promotion and posting of officials
Legal constraints due to which banks are unable to recover money from defaulters
Manpower shortage, poor salary package, poor monitoring, poor knowledge, out of turn promotion causing frustration among subordinates, recruitments of direct officers in scale III or IV or V on the recommendation of top ranked officials of the bank humiliating senior officers of good past record available in banks and so on
Political reason like loan waiver announced by various state and central governments leading to disastrous culture ,forced compromise formula imposed by RBI or politicians giving verbal orders promise made by local leaders that loan will be waived sooner or later
Global reasons such as financial crisis all over the world, war on the border, global recession etc
Election eve concessions given by various political parties and so on

Similar tabular statement may be asked from each bank region wise to assess the performance of various regional heads such as GM, DGM, RM etc and performance of bank heads such as ED and CMD.
Role of ministers and top RBI officials in the process of selection and appointment of ED, Director and CMD of a bank may also be looked into to know the truth that corruption flows from the top and not flows up from bottom to top.
Where lies the root cause of sickness of any branch or bank need to be ascertained as soon as possible to safeguard banks in India and it is wise not to believe entirely on financial data furnished by various clever bankers in different format.
Need of the reformation era is to punish bad bankers as soon as possible, even to those who is retired from ban leaving behind large amount of bad assets and to demote ill motivated top ranked officers to demonstrate the effectiveness of monitoring mechanism and to send a clear message down the level that those who indulge in bad or bribe based lending, bad recruitment, who are involved in bribe based promotion and bribe based posting will not be spared in banking industry.
Here it is worthwhile to mention that in the recent past financial report of SBI faced drastic change, sharp rise in NPA and sharp fall in profit just after change of Chief of the bank. Similar situation takes place more often than not in the branches after the change of Branch Head As long as Bank management will continue to provide shield to corrupt officials and adopt hide and seek policy bank as a whole will continue to face erosion in health and incur loss after loss,
It is therefore desirable to nip in the bud and take corrective steps before it is too late. In USA more than 100 banks were closed after the collapse of Lehman Brothers and after financial crisis of 2008. As a matter of fact the so called financial crisis occurred only due to lack of proper monitoring by regulators in USA

I am happy that RBI governor has ultimately accepted the bitter truth that baffling data given by various agencies are not reliable and hence the conclusions arrived at on the basis of such cooked up data leads to formation of wrong policies and failure in execution of plan .Last month Mr. K Chakraborty Dy Governor of RBI had also admitted that health of Bank assets is not as good as projected by CEOs of various financial institutes.He further admitted how financial data changes after change of chief of the bank and how profit of branch of a bank does down and Gross NPA of that branch goes up after change of Branch Manager of a Bank.
I am happy because realization of bitter truth can only force the policy makers to introspect into their working style,to assess performance of various banks,to take corrective steps , to punish bad bankers, to frame effective HR policies, to give justice to rejected officials who are not flatterers of their bosses and so on.
In one of the report published by RBI it is said that total of Non Performing Assets in Public Sector banks in India is likely to remain maximum 3% of total advances. I fully differ with this conclusion . I suggest RBI to demand report from all PSBs in format given below and explained in between to know the real truth of health of the bank and to know how corrupt executives sitting at top posts are manipulating the system and cheating with not only with the investors but also endangering the very survival of the banks.

RBI can devise tabular format as per suitability. In the beginning RBI may select top five banks or select on random basis 20% of total branches which are older than five years for thorough scrutiny.
Name of the Branch Heads, who have spoilt two or more than two branches during their posting at branches.
It means name of Branch Head whose advances have turned bad in most of the cases.
Similarly Name of Regional Head who selected maximum number of corrupt Branch Head during their posting as Regional Head.
Name of DGMs and GMs, who have promoted maximum number of corrupt Branch Manager to higher scale after taking bribe or gifts.
Name of senior officers against whom several allegation have been leveled and still they have been elevated to upper scale by controlling top officials, on the basis of recommendation of some friends, top boss or colleagues.
Moreover Character of individual who is head of such critically ill branch must be assessed. His past performance should be investigated, his linkage with higher officials should be traced, his assets and liabilities should be assessed, role of top officials must be assessed to know how much they got as share of illegally earned money by branch head , CBI should conduct investigate how much has been the role of bribe in credit sanctioning at branch level or regional level , legal or manpower constraints faced by the branch and how much money has been paid by branch head to members of Interview panel or to officials of controlling head office in getting promotion or in getting good posting.
Similarly if 10% of branches in any region are having more than 50% of advances as NPA it may be said that Regional Head of that branch is having poor monitoring and having malicious intention and such Regional Head have been given promotion in the past through unfair means, through back door and through recommendation of some top officials.
If more than 50% of branches is having more than 10% of advances as NPA, it may be said that there is lack of control on branches under his supervision and there is role of bribe in keeping silent on evil works of branch officials.
If more than 25 % of branches are having more than 20 % of total advances as NPA there is complete failure of monitoring tools and there is greater role for corrupt officials in promotion and posting.
If more than 25% of branches are having more than 30% of advances as NPA such regional Head may be categorized as the most corrupt Regional Head.
In this fashion RBI may devise its own framework to decide branch wise and bank wise health of public sector banks.
What I mean to say ere that RBI must conduct branch wise analysis of every bank to assess and ascertain the real health of the bank. Only by making bulk advances and opening new branches or by writing of bad advances time and again or by concealment of bad advances any bank in India cannot safeguard future of the bank. Only by knowing the true story of each bank RBI can strike at the root cause of ill health of the bank which may be any one or all of following
Flattery and bribery based recruitment, promotion and posting of officials
Legal constraints due to which banks are unable to recover money from defaulters
Manpower shortage, poor salary package, poor monitoring, poor knowledge, out of turn promotion causing frustration among subordinates, recruitments of direct officers in scale III or IV or V on the recommendation of top ranked officials of the bank humiliating senior officers of good past record available in banks and so on
Political reason like loan waiver announced by various state and central governments leading to disastrous culture ,forced compromise formula imposed by RBI or politicians giving verbal orders promise made by local leaders that loan will be waived sooner or later
Global reasons such as financial crisis all over the world, war on the border, global recession etc
Election eve concessions given by various political parties and so on

Similar tabular statement may be asked from each bank region wise to assess the performance of various regional heads such as GM, DGM, RM etc and performance of bank heads such as ED and CMD.
Role of ministers and top RBI officials in the process of selection and appointment of ED, Director and CMD of a bank may also be looked into to know the truth that corruption flows from the top and not flows up from bottom to top.
Where lies the root cause of sickness of any branch or bank need to be ascertained as soon as possible to safeguard banks in India and it is wise not to believe entirely on financial data furnished by various clever bankers in different format.
Need of the reformation era is to punish bad bankers as soon as possible, even to those who is retired from ban leaving behind large amount of bad assets and to demote ill motivated top ranked officers to demonstrate the effectiveness of monitoring mechanism and to send a clear message down the level that those who indulge in bad or bribe based lending, bad recruitment, who are involved in bribe based promotion and bribe based posting will not be spared in banking industry.
Here it is worthwhile to mention that in the recent past financial report of SBI faced drastic change, sharp rise in NPA and sharp fall in profit just after change of Chief of the bank. Similar situation takes place more often than not in the branches after the change of Branch Head As long as Bank management will continue to provide shield to corrupt officials and adopt hide and seek policy bank as a whole will continue to face erosion in health and incur loss after loss,
It is therefore desirable to nip in the bud and take corrective steps before it is too late. In USA more than 100 banks were closed after the collapse of Lehman Brothers and after financial crisis of 2008. As a matter of fact the so called financial crisis occurred only due to lack of proper monitoring by regulators in USA

Pranab Da and Democracy
Pranab da has justified the actions of corrupt ministers like A Raja, Suresh Kalamadi, Prafful Patel, Koda and all other MPs and Ministers including Prime Minister who has caused huge loss to the country by their ill motivated action and by their decisions with vested interest. He has justified because these corrupt politicians are elected representatives.
Anna has got no right to threaten democracy by fasting, this is the theory of great Pranab Da.He knows judiciary cannot punish the real culprit even in two or three decades. He knows the art of manipulation . He and his government and his party know how to befool voters on the eve of election .His government distributed Rs.75000 crores just before last election under debt relief scheme for farmers. He has therefore cleverly and clearly expressed his opposition to Anna and his team as also to Ramdeo Baba and his team. Voters can only stop them doing illegal, unethical and fraudulent acts that too only after the end of their term of five years.
I think government servants working as officers or clerks should also be free to earn through illegal means and by unfair means as long as he is in service because he has been appointed after passing examination and his retirement age is 60 years of age.
Courts and judiciary are meant to punish only poor common men. Government is not bound to provide adequate infrastructure to judiciary. Minimum supporting staff is provided to judges handling lacs of cases in HIgh courts and Supreme Court so that Cases against MPs and ministers cannot be heard in any court fastly and can be deferred for decades and decades. Government is not bound to accept CAG report or PAC report on various misappropriation or fraud with government fund. All this is possible (as told by Pranab da) because voters have given them five year time to act as per their whims and fancies , violate rules and regulations, commit fraud with fund, misuse their power for the welfare of their kith and kin and for all illegal acts. Pranab reiterate stand of his government that Anna and Baba Ramdeo should not threaten fast to stop their malicious activities because they are public representative.
Few years ago Lalu had given the same plea when he was trapped and accused of involved in 1000 crore rupees Chara Ghotala. He also told that people of Bihar had voted him to power even though he was guilty of causing loss of Rs.1000 crores to the state of Bihar. Similarly great Manmohan Singh did not think it wise to take action against Mr. A Raja for two years and till he wad forced by the order of Supreme Court to initiate investigation on 2G scam and submit report through CBI.PM did not take action against Kalamdi and Madhu Koda too because they were also elected representative.
Politicians like Pranab da , Diggi baba,kapil dada should understand very well that voters cast their precious votes in favour of person like Pranab Da and Manmohan Singh not because they like them but because there is no alternative , because opposing parties and individuals are divided.Due to divison in votes only such corrupt, cleaver and incapable person win the votes that too by spending black money acquired from rich businessmen whom .These corrupt politicians should also know that due to inordinate and abnormal delay in delivery of justice they are able to remain in power for five years. And this is the great reason that now demand for strong Jan Lok Pal Bill has under emphasis from all corners of civil society.
If voters and other political parties really want to oust such corrupt ministers from power they have to unite and fight jointly. Mr. Jai Praksh Narayan had taught a lesson to Dictator Indira Gandhi in seventies and now the time has come to teach a lesson to present corrupt and Tuglaq like government under the leadership of Manmohan Singh before it is too late. Lalu caused 1000 crores to Bihar, Kalmadi caused 70000 crores, A Raja caused loss of Rs170000 crores rupees and days are not far when we will hear these corrupt ministers has cause d ten lac crores and ultimately sold the frrdom to foreign nationals.None of political leader has love for the country , I assume so....
This is why person like Anna and Baba Ramdeo need whole hearted support from all walks of life , from all political parties and from all voters without any bias on the basis of caste or commmunity, religion or region.
